Nothing terribly crazy here, we had a RealFlight InterLink controller laying around, and it worked with the Linux generic joystick drivers. The interesting part comes with our interface to the application layer networking. By using the node window interface, the user can select which joystick enabled client they want to control at any particular time. Thus, the user may switch their control to any of the vehicles that can be commanded by a joystick. For more information see the "application layer networking section" under "software."
